Sapporo Men 130


This noodle has classic Sapporo ramen type firm
bite and taste. The flavorful Miso and Sapporo
Soy Sauce soup base are perfect matches.

North Land


This is a Sapporo Ramen type noodle. We have
improved on the texture and finish. Pairs well
with all soup types.Also, tastes good cold.

Hakata Men 120


This is a Kyushu Hakata Ramen type noodle.
This firm noodle matches perfectly with a
Tonkotsu based soup.

C-H 120


This is a thin Chinese noodles. Goes well
with Soy Sauce and Salt based broths.
Reminisent of the classic ramen.

Low Water Chinese style noodles.The firm and robust
flavor of this noodle pairs well with soups with more
flavor. (i.e., Kyushu Ramen, Tonkostu Ramen)

This is a thick noodle for tsuke-men/dipping
noodle. This noodle is robust in flavor and
