Our state-of-the-art facility in Gardena, California, mirrors our Japanese factory’s standards, where technology enhances craftsmanship. We employ traditional techniques honed over generations, now perfected with modern advancements in temperature and humidity control. This fusion ensures each batch of noodles not only tastes authentic but consistently exceeds quality expectations. Witness the harmony of expert hands and innovative machinery, crafting the perfect noodle every time.
Ensuring the freshness and quality of our noodles from our factory to your table is an art in itself. Each batch of Kobayashi Noodles is carefully inspected before being delicately packed. This meticulous process reflects our dedication to delivering not just a product, but an experience. Our packaging is designed to preserve the noodles’ optimal condition, ensuring that the authentic taste of Japan, perfected in California, reaches you as intended. It’s our way of sharing a piece of our passion and heritage with you.
“Bringing Authentic Japanese Flavor to America” was our motto as we established our Kobayashi Noodle U.S.A. office in Los Angeles in June of 2009. Since then, we have brought our noodle making machinery directly from our factory in Japan and while adjusting to the different environment, we have been successful in manufacturing noodles.
In the U.S., “Ramen” is gaining in popularity along-side the most popular “Sushi”. We will continue to proudly produce “Authentic Japanese Flavor” and we hope that many people will enjoy the “Flavors of Japan” in the U.S. and throughout the world.
